An Edwards Pearson / Bystronic 3m x 100ton CNC press brake model PR6 100 / 3100, no. 01/415/064. YOM 2001, 3ph. The machine is high specification with X,Y,R & Z axis. Fully automatic Fiessler laser guards and hydraulic bed crowning function. Whilst the machine is a 2001 model - it was fully refurbished in 2021 which included a full control system overhaul, motors, main seals and full re-spray.
There is a good range of tooling included with the machine which includes:
- P5R 1mm top tooling (3m)
- P7 1mm semi gooseneck top tooling (3m + 1m of segmented sections of the same)
- P3 straight tool 3mm radius (single section)
- Multi Vee bottom tooling in four sections (sizes: 50mm, 32mm, 22mm, 16mm)
- V8 spring loaded hemming tooling (For creating saftey edges in flashings and thin material)
An extremely tidy and high spec example only being sold as company has purchased a larger machine.
Important - Please note this machine is situated at Unit 2, Clannaborough Barton, between Copplestone and Bow, Near Crediton, Devon, EX17 6DA and can be viewed here during auction viewing on 20th May / 21st May (8.30am to 4.30pm). Buyer will need to arrange collection by a Hi-Ab type crane lorry from this address.
Vendor has advised that this machine was purchased by the company for £30,000 in 2021 and is in good condition / working order.
