Rare 1968 Mercedes-Benz 250 SL Pagoda Top convertible 2 seater sports. Reg No. PYE 8F, 1st registered 22/01/1968, 2500cc automatic, petrol. One owner from new. Vin no. 11304322004625, Eng. No. 12998222002401. The vehicle is a barn find without any known history.. There are no keys. The headlights, rear lights, a passenger door handle are missing (earlier theft). The vehicle tax disc shows it was last on the road in 2003. We believe that it has been stored since then. It underwent an comprehensive restoration by Salters garage in Ottery St Mary in 2000, which included a complete re paint in Gold. We have not attempted to start the vehicle. We have only dusted off the car to reveal the quality of the paintwork. The Odometer shows 79,678. Which we believe to be correct. Original V5c Present.
